Sofar, there hasnt been a development proposal he likes, though.The tannery closed in 1997, and the town acquired the land six years later after the owner failed to pay property taxes. Since then, the future of the sitehas been a big question mark hanging over Camdens Millville neighborhood 鈥?especially for neighbors like Resek.A self-employed businessman, Resek is clear on what he wants for the property along the Megunticook River.
