I like when they mention whether the fabric has stretch or not, that detail matters a lot. Some charts are very generic and do not match real measurements at all. Online shops that show detailed measurements and care instructions usually get my attention. The main things I look at for glasses are frame weight, hinge quality and lens coating. If the first order is a disaster, I prefer to move on and not waste time with support.

I also like when stores show real photos without heavy editing or strange angles. I try to look for real photos of the insoles and soles, not only the outside of the shoe. From my experience, communication with the store can tell you a lot. I think it is better to build a small collection of reliable products than to buy random cheap things. For coats and blazers I usually go one size up if I want to layer sweaters under them. I try to balance my budget between basic everyday items and a few special pieces. In the end it is all about finding what matches your own habits and lifestyle.
